Voice coil structure

Voice coil structure: The most commonly used voice coil is a voice coil with a skeleton, as shown in the reference figure, which consists of the following  parts1. Voice coil framework (BOBBIN). It is the skeleton that supports the coil and is typically composed of kraft paper, asbestos paper, Nomex, polyimide, aluminum foil, copper foil, glass fiber, etc. 2. Enamelled wire. It is usually composed of self fusing enameled wires such as enamelled oxygen free copper wire, copper clad aluminum wire, pure aluminum wire, etc. 3. Reinforcing paper. It is used to fix leads and enhance the rigidity of the voice coil skeleton, and is usually composed of kraft paper, xuan hua paper, spunlace, nomex, and some special composite materials. 4. Silk thread. It is made by winding one or more copper alloy or silver alloy sheets, and then twisting or weaving these multiple strands. It can also be waxed, waterproof, and antistatic as required.
